❌ Connection Failed / Time Out? If you see a failure message while sending Items, Gifts, or Playdates:
Check the Clip: The most common cause is the clip moving slightly. Gently squeeze the clip to ensure it's touching the pins securely.
Windows Users: Did you unplug the cable or switch to a different USB port?
Fix: Check Device Manager again. The COM Port number might have changed (e.g., from COM3 to COM4). Update it in the app.
Mac Users:
Fix: Unplug and replug the USB cable. In the TamaHome App, click Refresh, select the port again, and click Echo to reconnect.
😱 Help! My Tamagotchi is Frozen!
Stuck on the "Connect" screen and buttons won't work? Don't panic—your data is safe!
Follow these 3 steps to fix it:
1.Unplug USB: Remove the clip from your Tamagotchi.
2. Reset Power: Open the battery cover and remove the batteries for a few seconds.
3. Resume Play: Put the batteries back in. When the screen turns on, select "CONTINUE" (Do NOT select Reset).
✅ That's it! You can now continue playing normally.
